How to apply?

- Disclose location of the plot or land for valuation purposes
- Submit the original title deed for registration of charge in district land registry
- Submit all documents mentioned in the application form.
- Our legal representatives charge the title deed to Shalom base Sacco Ltd in Less than Two weeks.
- Loan disbursed to bank account declared in the application form.
